Encounter of Perpetual Youth

November 20, 2021. Meeting of young Perpetual Religious

Hand in hand with Elías López, SJ, we reflect on the significance of religious life today and how its viability in the future depends on how to respond, (with the three vows and community life), to the urgent cries of a world shattered by violence and injustice.

we become aware that what is not embraced is not redeemed.

We believe you have to go out and expose yourself to the wound without fear.

We are wondering How to be pardon to do justice, to reconcile and pacify?

We find light when in excessive violence we are capable of healing it by connecting (religating ourselves) with a source of excessive life and love.

we appreciate to the excessive love of God, to his “par-don” (“excessive-don”) because humanity desecrated by excessive violence returns to being consecrated life, God's temple.
