On Easter morning, the Lord came to take you home, M. Immaculada

Sr. Inmaculada Louzán

Born in Finisterre (Galicia) into a large family with deep Christian roots, she soon felt the call of God to consecrate herself in Nazareth. She entered the congregation at age 15. The Postulancy and Novitiate in Aiguafreda reaffirmed her missionary vocation and when M. Cecilia Cros asked for volunteers to go to Latin America, she did not hesitate to offer herself.
Many years in Venezuela were witnesses of her dedication as a teacher in different schools. Former students of M. Cecilia Cros School in Altavista (Caracas) remember with gratitude her missionary teaching ministry.
Later she was destined to Colombia, where she worked enthusiastically in Medellín and Colón, and where she carried out a good mission both in the School and in the Parish.
Of a cheerful nature, she liked to teach and was in good relationship with everyone.
The last years she lived in Colegio Nazaret San Blas, in Madrid, in the community of the Sagrada Familia in Güimar, in Los Llanos de Aridane, in Aiguafreda and lately in the community of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, from where God came to take her home precisely on Easter morning. Rest in peace.
