Celebration of 150 years of Missionary Daughters of the Holy Family in the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia (Barcelona)

On June 15, 2024, the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia hosted the mass of thanksgiving that was attended by the nuns, as well as families, teachers, students and alumni of the schools of the Daughters of the Holy Family of Nazareth.

The mass, which was followed by streaming throughout the world where the congregation is present, was presided over by the archbishop of Barcelona, Card. Juan José Omella.

Pope Francis sends a message encouraging the nuns of Nazareth to continue being "faithful to the legacy of Sant Josep Manyanet.
