On September 24 and 25, 2022, the formation meeting takes place in Rome (Casa di Nazareth).

On Saturday 24, with the Trilema team, we presented the training platform: Nazareth Forest, an initiative that has all the attributes that define an educational innovation project in vocational and training accompaniment.
Nazareth Forest presents us with a Community of vegetation where trees and shrubs take root and grow together, forming a rich ecosystem of harmony and coexistence.
Through it, each one of us will enter our own personal forest and we will follow the path that we have decided to embody, a path that represents our growth and development, but also our mission, our purpose, our destiny...
Accompany in uncertainty
On Sunday the 25th we reflected on the importance of knowing how to accompany and help strengthen faith. That means: maintaining hope in the midst of uncertainty, knowing how to remain in love and in the dark to enter the core of that reality and discover that its core is not dark but luminous, and from there work our compassionate being and a greater understanding of the other and of reality.
We delve into our "I as a trainer": what has been our trajectory as trainers, what have we learned, how have we grown, our strengths and weaknesses, what do we need to continue growing, what is a "good job", what is it to do the things well (Doing good)? How do I define my “good job” in training? How do others define it? What does it mean to do a “good job”? What are some of the factors that make it difficult to do a good job? How can I prepare for these challenges? How can my community encourage my “good work”? Why is “good work” important for the Congregation?
We also analyze in depth each of the formative stages.
