After their participation in the 2021 Seminar on the Global Educational Pact that was coordinated from the Curia and facilitated by a large group of nuns from Nazareth, the representatives of the schools of the Oblate Sisters of the Most Holy Redeemer in Argentina were enthusiastic and with the desire to be multipliers of the lines of Pope Francis and all that the pact entails with their educational teams and all the teachers.
To start the process, M. Montserrat del Pozo accompanies them with a requested "virtual initial lighting", with the theme "Transformation of the school within the framework of the Global Education Pact". 210 teachers from its three schools participated: Colegio Schönthal, Santísimo Redentor and Jesús de Nazaret (Argentina), on March 5, 2022.
The teachers appreciated the opportunity of the meeting that they described as enriching, motivating, challenging, reflective and with a lot of hope that is contagious.
Rethinking the daily task to start the process of change, growing as a community, "turning the school upside down" in three years, understanding the systemic well, promoting innovation, designing a gradual action plan in a cooperative-inclusive way,... are some of the actions proposed from this meeting.
