36 students from Colegio Nazaret Oporto are having an educational and spiritual experience in Rome

“All roads lead to Rome”

A group of 36 first-year high school students from Colegio Nazaret Oporto (Madrid) spent these days in Rome participating in an educational and spiritual trip that is allowing them to delve into the historical, cultural and religious richness of the Eternal City.

Accompanied by teachers Arancha Parra and Elena Álvarez, and by M. Pilar Yusta, the center's head teacher, the students experienced a formative experience that combines academic learning with personal and community encounters in some of the most emblematic places in the Italian capital.

During their stay, the group also had the opportunity to share a special moment with Sister Mar Sánchez, Superior General, and Sister Desirée Morillo, General Councilor, in St. Peter's Square and Basilica. The greeting and the encounter, in a setting so significant to the Church, reinforced their sense of belonging to a congregational family that transcends borders.

Under the imposing dome of St. Peter's, the joy of the encounter and the shared experience confirmed that this trip is not only a cultural experience, but also an opportunity to strengthen the identity and educational mission that characterizes Nazareth.
