Sr. Irene was born on January 3, 1939 in Zidikai, Maziaikiai Province, Lithuania. After World War II, due to the invasion of communism, his family fled to Germany and in 1948 the whole family moved to Valencia, Venezuela.
He graduated from the Pedagogical Institute of Caracas in Biology and Chemistry at the University of Zulia and later as a Teaching Teacher at the Institute for Professional Improvement.

She was assigned, and was also superior and director at the Nazaret School (San Bernardino), the UCAB Residence, the Nazaret Maracaibo School, at the Ntra. Sra. Del Carmen School in El Moján, at the Jesús María marrero School in Guarenas , in San Carlos de Cojedes, in the Casa Nazaret de El Jarillo, in the Colegio Nazaret de Puerto Ordaz, and in the Jesús de Nazaret Training Center. He died on March 30, 2020, after having suffered a cardiovascular accident, in the Casa Sagrada Familia in Palmira where he lived his last years limited by Alzheimer's disease.
