Training on "Discerning Leadership". October 22 and 23, 2019
Father David McCallum (SJ) energized the training through various methodologies to deepen on important aspects to take into account such as the management of polarity, the formation of groups, the passage of values and intentions to behaviors, generative listening and methods of community discernment. We end up specifying actions that can help us make what we have worked these days a reality.
